• Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made 6 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the tour are non-refundable

• Tours run rain or shine unless safety becomes a concern

Booking Policy & Participant Agreement

By booking a tour with Breezy Wine Tours Inc., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation Acknowledgment

By joining a Breezy Wine Tour, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may include transportation in a motor vehicle, visits to third-party venues (such as wineries), walking, and alcohol consumption. You accept all responsibility for your participation.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in a wine tour, including but not limited to:

• Transportation on public and private roads

• Interaction with other guests and members of the public

• Alcohol consumption and associated risks

• Uneven terrain, stairs, and slippery or wet surfaces

• Weather-related conditions

You agree to participate at your own risk and release Breezy Wine Tours Inc. from any resulting liability.

3. Alcohol Consumption

• You must be 19+ to join the tour.

• Breezy Wine Tours does not provide or serve alcohol.

• Open alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle.

• You are responsible for your own consumption.

• Breezy Wine Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour without refund for disruptive or intoxicated behavior.

4. Conduct & Damage Fees

Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. A minimum $500 cleaning or damage fee will apply if the vehicle or tour venues are damaged or soiled due to your actions.

5. Medical Conditions & Emergencies

You confirm you are physically able to participate in the tour. In case of emergency, you authorize Breezy Wine Tours to seek medical assistance on your behalf and agree to cover any associated costs.

6. Photography & Media Use

Photos or videos may be taken during your tour and used in Breezy Wine Tours’ marketing. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the tour begins.

7. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, you release Breezy Wine Tours Inc. and its representatives from any liability related to your participation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breezy Wine Tours Inc. for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation or conduct during the tour.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
